On a late Thursday afternoon in mid April, Cassie sat in the back room of the bridal suite at Crosswater Hall watching the clouds float back and forth over the sun. Outside the bridal area, the ball room was a buzz with family and friends orchestrating and piecing together decor for their day and on the opposite end of the hall, Ryan waited – anxiously to see his bride to be.
As the breeze blew across the lawn, Ryan stood with his back to the crowd, desperately wanting to catch a peek at Cassie as she made her way down the long sidewalk. To her request, promised he would wait until that moment. THE moment, when she reached the aisle. When he turned to see her for the first time, it was almost as if the air had escaped him. He smiled with a brief pause, before he was overcome with emotion seeing his bride to be, walking toward him as the sun wrapped around her down the aisle.
Family and friends traveled far and wide, to bear witness to their intimate celebration and partake in an evening full of dancing, toasting two of the most incredible people.
Cassie and Ryan, thank you for welcoming us into such an incredible part of yours lives. My heart overflows for you two because you are the type of people who make the world better, and inspire others to love more deeply, and appreciate the moments around you. It was such an honor to document your first day as husband and wife, and I cant wait to see what the future holds for you!
