It’s the very last day of 2018 – can you believe it!?
This year we had the opportunity to serve and work with so many amazing couples!
But before we get to the images, let’s take a moment to stop, breathe and soak it all in. When we look back on this past year, our hearts are filled to the brim with overwhelming gratitude.
Why, you ask? God blessed us with so many amazing opportunities to love, and serve some pretty amazing couples, and families – more than we could every hope or ask for!
We photographed 23 real weddings, on top of 14 engagement sessions — as well as 15 portrait sessions, and an additional 40 mini sessions this past Christmas! So, if you are doing the math, that’s 92 sessions total! *Whew!*
There’s a few things stuck with us this year;
First, I know we say it a lot. But I still can’t believe we had the privilege of serving 23 amazing beautiful, joyful couples this year. We get excited for every wedding, every moment – every weekend and everyday. And every year, we are thankful even more that God doesn’t just bring us any couple – He brings us the right couples to love and serve throughout this time in their lives. And though I say it over and over again, it really is just a tremendous honor, that we cherish so deeply in our hearts.
Secondly, we would not have been able to do any of this without working with so many amazing vendors and creative teams! Florists, Caterers, Event planners, Cake Artists, Hair and Make up teams, videographers, DJ’s and Bands — from the ladies at The Eventful Gals, to Amanda and her crew at Events by Amanda, and so many more – our region North Florida is simply Top Notch. These vendors are some of the best, not only at their craft, but because of their hearts for their couples and their hearts towards the vendors they work with as well! We are so thankful for all their hard work, and how smoothly they make the wedding day run!
Lastly, we had the opportunity to photograph at the best venues across the state! From the gorgeous Kai Kai Farms, in Indiantown Florida, or the unique The Acre in Orlando; to the elegant White Room in historic St. Augustine, to ones in our backyard like the quaint Channelside, or the stunning properties of Hammock Beach, and Hammock Dunes.
We hope that you enjoy looking back through these images just as we did! We are so excited for 2019, new faces, (and hopefully some old too! 😉 ) – Here’s to great, big wonderful things ahead in the New Year friends!
