Happy Friday Everyone! If you are here in Florida; I hope you are staying dry. It’s wet and dreary out which has me super bummed. This weekend, the fair is in town. And a dream of mine for my “photographers bucket list”; has always been to shoot a bride and groom in a carnival setting. Earlier this week I hunted down a bride and groom (thank you everyone who volunteered!!), and had all the plans in place. If I’ve learned anything in the time I’ve been doing this it’s
a.) don’t get too attached to your plans. and
b.) God always has better plans for you anyway.
The shoot has been cancelled, er, postponed for this Sunday. The weather promises to be better, but read points A & B again, *just in case.
It’s pretty quiet in our house today.
David is off at school; Chris is out working; and our poor puppies are sitting next to my feet just waiting to go outside.
Waiting, and waiting…
and more waiting.
I think it’ll continue to rain today, despite what the weather channel says, because, it’s still raining off and on. A drizzle. A downpour. Nothing. Then repeat…
