As the sun dipped low on this warm August evening, we began their session in the amongst the gardens of Washington Oaks State Park, The golden light filtered in between the oaks wrapping them up like something straight out of a Nicholas Sparks film. Sarah and Shamus moved effortlessly with one another, their laughter filling the air as they reveled in each other’s presence. As the session continued, we made our way over to the beach. The wind picked up, and the waves crashed against the shore, adding a sense of adventure to the shoot. Despite the gusts, Shamus’ gaze never left from Sarah’s.
Their Washington Oaks engagement session was a true reflection of their love—full of energy, laughter, and adventure — and I cannot wait for these two to be wed in just a few short months!
