The first time I sat down with Anna, was over coffee at Starbucks. We sat and talked about wedding plans, but, what Anna really talked about was Nick. Up until now, Anna & Nick have been living out their relationship long distance, as Nick serves in the US Army. Anna would make trips and long drives up to Ft. Hood (so far!) to spend a weekend, or just a few days together with him. It was no wonder that every time Nick’s name popped up in conversation, Anna would light up and swell with pride when she talked about him.
Nick would be coming into town within the following weeks, and so we were on a tight schedule to be sure to get their engagement session done while he was here!
The day of their shoot, these two couldn’t have been sweeter. And let me tell you something friends… For two people who had never been in front of a camera before, they did not miss a beat! Every smile, every look — nailed it! (It was like they’d done it before!) If this is any hint as to what to expect on their wedding day next year — we are SO ready!
Nick and Anna you two were so wonderful! Thank you for coming and battling the mosquitos (and the heat!)!
