It was late and they were heading home from a concert with a group of their mutual friends. Brittany sat shivering in the seat next to Brian. Casually without saying a word, Brian pulled the car over on the side of the highway and hopped out. He came around to Brittany’s side of the car and tucked a flannel shirt over her that he had stashed in the trunk of his car. They didn’t know it then, but their love story began a decade ago right there with that flannel shirt on the side of the highway.
Over the years the two became close and eventually started a family together. With a baby on the way, Brian planned a game for Brittany to play the day of their baby shower for their first daughter, Victoria. She was blind folded and given the hand of each guy at the shower and had to guess which one belonged to Brian. As Brian’s hand fell into hers, she knew instantly it was his. She pulled off her blindfold, and there was Brian holding her hand, but also holding his grandmother’s engagement ring waiting to ask her to be his wife.
Over the years they’ve assembled an extensive group of friends. Each of who can attest to their love, but also to their willingness to go the extra mile for those around them. Brian and Brittany’s love is alluring and magnetic as they are both lively and full of joy. Their friends and family saw their captivating love beautifully displayed at their wedding as they committed their lives to each other in front of the bay at the River House in Saint Augustine. They promised to love each other and of course have fun along the way. Which is what they did for the rest of their wedding day as they celebrated with their closest family and friends.
Bri & Brian, you may have already been together for ten years, but it was an honor seeing your love grow even stronger on your wedding day! It was something that we not only saw but felt throughout the day as well. You two are absolutely perfect for one another, and your personalities fit together seamlessly. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms, I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for you both!
