Elegant Tug Hill Vineyard Wedding, Lowville, NY | Nick + Anna

Words cant even begin to express the sheer amazingness of this day! Anna and Nick invited us to join them for their wedding day at Tug Hill Vineyards in upstate New York – and I have to admit, I have had the hardest time narrowing down photos for their blog post because there are just so many favorites for us to choose from! Nick serves in the military (thank you for your service, Nick!) and he loves the outdoors, and is quiet, kind and the most laid back gentlemen you’ll ever meet. Anna, on the other hand is as bold, and beautiful as she could possibly be! She’s also an amazing athletic trainer for one of the local high schools – to say she has the most patient and caring heart is a huge understatement! 😉 (It takes a lot to love and care for teenagers and she does it every day!)

Being from Florida, we don’t get the chance to photograph vineyard weddings often (we are so fortunate to have TWO this year out of state!), so this was a real treat for us to be able to shoot in a completely different setting! It was so much fun to be able to walk through the Hops Garden, (Chris’s favorite part), and stroll down the rows of grape vines during their portraits (my favorite!). And though Florida weddings are something in themselves to behold, there is something so beautiful about watching the last bit of light slip away behind the rolling green hills in New York. The air starts to feel crisp, and the sky turns in incredible shade of pink — which made for the perfect backdrop as they walked through the vineyards one last time that night!

Nick and Anna, we feel so honored that you asked us to come all the way to NY your wedding day. You are both as incredible on the outside as you are on the inside. Thank you for trusting us with your such an amazing moment in your lives. We wish you nothing but the very best as you set out on the most amazing adventure you’ll ever have in your entire life! 🙂
