On this day eight years ago, Chris I walked into the courthouse in Cumberland County, where he was stationed at Fort Bragg, and began a lifelong adventure together. Each day that passes I love this man, more and more. And discover new things about him all the time. Things I didn’t know eight years ago. So it got me thinking… what does 8 years look like?

hospitalizations.

finding each other again.
growing towards Christ, together.
road trips.
working together in the same career.
family functions.
having another beautiful, healthy, baby boy.
becoming a mom again.
becoming a dad again.
watching one son, grow into a brother.
growing our family.
Always remembering, love is a choice.
Christopher, I love you so much and I am so happy God gave me you to have as my partner in this grand adventure we call life!
